Custom Rectangle Stickers and Labels
Rectangle stickers are the natural fit for labels, bumper-style stickers, wordmarks and anything with a line of text. Flyover Print prints them in full color on 3.4 mil white vinyl with a clear UV laminate in matte or gloss. Choose from 2" x 1" up to 5" x 3", or enter a custom size, and order from 50 for products, packaging, events and more. Printed in-house in Highland, Indiana.

- We check it and print it: a real person checks your file for size, resolution and setup, then we print, laminate and cut your stickers in-house.
- You get your order: shipped by UPS Ground anywhere in the U.S., or picked up free at our Highland, Indiana shop.

What sizes do rectangle stickers come in?
2" x 1", 3" x 2", 4" x 2" and 5" x 3", or a custom size for longer formats like bumper stickers.
Matte or gloss: which should we choose?
Gloss makes colors pop and gives a shiny, eye-catching look. Matte cuts glare and makes text easier to read, for a more understated, professional feel. Both use the same protective laminate.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. They are printed on vinyl and covered with a clear UV laminate, so they hold up to water, sun and handling indoors or outdoors. They are not made for the dishwasher.
Can we order a custom size?
Yes. Choose Custom Size on the order form and enter the width and height in inches.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 50 stickers. The price per sticker goes down as the quantity goes up, so larger runs are a better value.
What file should we send?
A high-resolution PDF, PNG or vector file (AI, EPS or SVG) works best. Keep important text and logos a little inside the edge. Our Artwork Guidelines walk through file setup and Canva.
Do you check our file?
Yes. You approve a free online proof at checkout, then a real person checks your file for size, resolution and print setup before it prints. Please double-check spelling, dates and phone numbers on your proof, since we print the text exactly as you send it.
Can you design our stickers?
Yes. Choose "Let us Design for You" when you order and our art department will contact you about your project. Design help starts at $45 and is added to your order. You can also upload your own print-ready file.
How fast can we get them?
Choose 5-business-day, 3-business-day or next-business-day production when you order. Production time does not include shipping, so for an event, add UPS transit time and leave a little cushion. You can also pick up at our Highland, Indiana shop Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Up against a deadline? Email info@flyoverprint.com and we will tell you what we can do.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is charged at UPS rates, and UPS Ground is free on orders of $49 or more anywhere in the U.S. Need it sooner? 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air upgrades are available. Local pickup at our Highland, Indiana shop is always free.
