Simply put, the products you see on this website get printed on site in our Highland, Indiana location. These products are not outsourced to another vendor to produce them. Why does this matter? In recent years reliable sources to produce these products have become harder to find, so we solved this problem by bringing these services in-house. has a wide format divsion, ridged media division and digital print divsions all with our own equipment to print, cut, fold, score and package your job!


We do our best to give our customers the best color match for their artwork. However, getting the exact color match is not always possible. The texture, finish, and type of material used for the project could affect the colors on the final printed product.

We recommend using CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key or Black) for printed projects. This ensures that you will get the right colors in the final printed product.

Some images appear blurry when printed. This is caused by low image resolution, which makes the artwork look pixelated. To fix this, use an image with at least 300 dpi. Learn more About Image Resolution.

The ideal resolution for images is 300 dpi and 400 dpi for text. Please check our Guide to Image Resolution to see the requirements for different image sizes.

Design Tool

No, the design tool is free to use when you place an order. However, there will be a minimal fee if you use stock photos in your design.

To save the artwork you created on the online design tool, click the floppy disk icon on the upper right corner of the page. Give your design a title, then click Save. To use the save feature you will have to have an existing account or create a new account.

To access your saved designs you will have to first be logged into your account. Then click on the My Account tab and click on  My Saved Designs to see all your saved artwork.

Yes, you can update a design and print it again. Simply go to Your My Account > My Saved Designs. Click the Create A Copy button to create a duplicate of your artwork and modify.

Planning to use a stock image for your design? You can buy licenses for the images for as low as $2.

Turnaround & Shipping

The estimated turnaround time is based on the number of business days that a print job will be completed.

Production can only start when:
  • The print-ready artwork is uploaded.
  • Full payment is received.
  • The PDF proof is approved.

Yes, you can expedite shipping through the delivery service you will use. This is selected during the checkout process. UPS offers Overnight Service and 2nd Day Air Service. Please note that shipping services may vary depending on the number of packages or type of product you ordered. 

We ship orders through UPS with the following options:

Ground Service
1-5 days on-time delivery to mainland USA based on the distance to destination.
2-Day Service
Guaranteed delivery by the end of the second business day to all 50 states
Overnight Service
Guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business day to all 50 states

Shipping charges are based on the number of packages, the weight of the packages, the destination ZIP code, and shipping service.

The billing address is where your credit card company sends your statement. If you enter a different address on our billing page, the credit card company will not authorize the charge. This identification process helps protect you from unauthorized or fraudulent use of your credit card.

The full amount of the order will be automatically billed to your credit card once you place your order.
