Why Kids Ministry Teams Use Volunteer Badges

At drop-off and pickup, parents want to know one thing: who is caring for my child? A clear, consistent badge answers that before anyone has to ask.

Easy to spot. Big, bold designs that read from across a hallway or classroom.
Clear roles. Use different colors or titles for kids team, greeters, safety team and guest services.
Builds trust. Families and first-time guests know who to go to with a question.
Supports your safety plan. Badges work alongside your check-in and screening process, so only approved volunteers wear them.
Built to last. Waterproof PVC holds up Sunday after Sunday.
