Appointment cards help people remember when to come back. Flyover Print prints them in full color at the standard 2" x 3.5" business card size, on uncoated cardstock that takes pen and pencil without smudging. Put your logo and contact details on the front and write-in lines for the date and time on the back, so your team can fill one out in seconds. What to put on an appointment card
- Front: your logo, business name, phone, website and address, just like a business card.
- Back: write-in lines such as "Your next appointment," Date, Day and Time, with plenty of room to write.
- Extras: a cancellation policy, a reminder to call if plans change, or a QR code to your online booking page.

- You get your cards: shipped by UPS Ground anywhere in the U.S., or picked up free at our Highland, Indiana shop.

What size are appointment cards?
The standard business card size, 2" x 3.5", so they fit in any wallet or card holder. Set up your file at 3.75" x 2.25" (or 2.25" x 3.75" vertical) to include bleed.
Can we write on them?
Yes. Both of our appointment card stocks are uncoated, so pens and pencils write cleanly without smudging.
Should we print on both sides?
Most businesses do. Put your logo and contact details on the front and the write-in appointment lines on the back.
Which card stock should we choose?
14 pt uncoated is our standard: thick, natural and easy to write on, like a premium business card. 16 pt uncoated is our thickest uncoated card, for an extra-sturdy feel. Both write cleanly with any pen or pencil.
Can we use them at events?
Yes. Appointment cards are handy for booking demo times, headshot slots, one-on-one meetings or workshop seats at conferences and trade shows. Hand one to each guest with their time written in.
What is the minimum order?
You can order as few as 50 cards and up to 10,000. The price per card goes down as the quantity goes up.
How should we set up our file?
Use a 3.75" x 2.25" file (or 2.25" x 3.75" vertical) with 1/8" of bleed on every side, keep text at least 1/8" inside the trim, and use 350 dpi images. Leave plenty of open space on the write-in lines. Our Artwork Guidelines walk through bleed, safe zone and Canva setup.
Do you check our file?
Yes. You approve a free online proof at checkout, then a real person checks your file for size, resolution and print setup before it prints. Please double-check spelling, dates and phone numbers on your proof, since we print the text exactly as you send it.
Can you design our appointment cards?
Yes. Choose "Let us Design for You" when you order and our art department will contact you about your project. Design help starts at $45 and is added to your order. You can also upload your own print-ready file or start from a free template on the upload page.
How fast can we get them?
Choose 5-business-day, 3-business-day or next-business-day production when you order. Production time does not include shipping, so for an event, add UPS transit time and leave a little cushion. Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is charged at UPS rates, and UPS Ground is free on orders of $49 or more anywhere in the U.S. Need it sooner? 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air upgrades are available. Local pickup at our Highland, Indiana shop is always free.
