Design tips
The imprint area is 2.5" x 2.5", so a simple, bold logo reads best. Use a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, a PDF or a vector file. Pick a tumbler color that contrasts with your logo, and use the second side for a name, a tagline or a different design.

- You get your order: shipped by UPS Ground anywhere in the U.S., or picked up free at our Highland, Indiana shop.
Care
Hand wash your tumbler with warm, soapy water to keep the print and the insulation looking and working their best. Do not put it in the microwave.

How big is the imprint?
The imprint area is 2.5" x 2.5" on each side, printed in full color.
Can you print on both sides?
Yes. Choose one side, both sides with the same imprint, or both sides with different imprints, like your logo on one side and a name or message on the other.
What colors are available?

Which lid should we choose?
Choose the standard lid, or upgrade to a slide lid, snap lid or sliding magnetic lid on the order form. You can also add a 10" stainless steel straw.
Do the tumblers keep drinks hot and cold?
Yes. They are stainless steel with double-wall vacuum insulation, made to keep hot drinks hot and cold drinks cold.
Are they dishwasher safe?
We recommend hand washing with warm, soapy water to protect the print and the insulation. Do not microwave.
What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum. Order a single tumbler or a full set for your team, with no setup fee.
Do you check our file?
Yes. You approve a free online proof at checkout, then a real person checks your file for size, resolution and print setup before it prints. Please double-check spelling, dates and phone numbers on your proof, since we print the text exactly as you send it.
How fast can we get them?
Choose 5-business-day, 3-business-day or next-business-day production when you order. Production time does not include shipping, so for an event, add UPS transit time and leave a little cushion. Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is charged at UPS rates, and UPS Ground is free on orders of $49 or more anywhere in the U.S. Need it sooner? 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air upgrades are available. Local pickup at our Highland, Indiana shop is always free.
