Slim rounded corner cards combine a narrow 1.75" x 3.5" shape with soft 1/4" corners for one of the most modern looks in business cards. - We check it and print it: a real person checks your file for size, resolution and setup, then we print and cut your cards in-house.
- You get your cards: shipped by UPS Ground anywhere in the U.S., or picked up free at our Highland, Indiana shop.

What size are slim rounded corner cards?
1.75" x 3.5", with all four corners rounded to a 1/4" radius. Set up your file at 2" x 3.75" with square corners.
Do they fit in a wallet or card holder?
Yes. They are the same length as a standard card, just a little narrower, so they fit standard wallets and card holders.
Can we use them for VIP passes or drink vouchers?
Yes. The slim, rounded shape looks polished at receptions, launches and company parties. Put event details or a QR code on the back.
Should we print on both sides?
For most businesses, yes. Put your name, title and contact details on the front, and use the back for a logo, a QR code, your services or an appointment line. Front-only cards work well for a clean, minimal look.
Can we add a QR code?
Yes. A QR code is a great way to link to your website, booking page, menu or event agenda. Keep it at least 3/4" wide with a plain light background, and test it with your phone before you upload.
What is the minimum order?
You can order as few as 50 cards and up to 10,000. The price per card goes down as the quantity goes up, so a larger order is a better value if you hand out a lot of cards.
How should we set up our file?
Add 1/8" of bleed on every side and keep text and logos at least 1/8" inside the trim line. For a slim card, that means a 2" x 3.75" file. Use 350 dpi images and save a PDF with fonts outlined. Size templates are on the upload page, and our Artwork Guidelines walk through bleed, safe zone and Canva setup.
Do you check our file?
Yes. You approve a free online proof at checkout, then a real person checks your file for size, resolution and print setup before it prints. Please double-check spelling, dates and phone numbers on your proof, since we print the text exactly as you send it.
Can you design our cards?
Yes. Choose "Let us Design for You" when you order and our art department will contact you about your project. Design help starts at $45 and is added to your order. You can also upload your own print-ready file.
How fast can we get them?
Choose 5-business-day, 3-business-day or next-business-day production when you order. Production time does not include shipping, so for a conference, trade show or event, add UPS transit time and leave a little cushion. Do you charge for shipping?
