Custom Retractable Banners for Trade Shows and Events
A retractable banner sets up in minutes: pull the graphic up out of the base, hook it to the pole, and you are done. Flyover Print prints your full color design on curl-resistant 8 oz. poly film and ships it already installed in your choice of a Standard, Deluxe or Premium stand, with a carry bag. They are made for trade show booths, conferences, sales kickoffs, lobbies, check-in tables and pop-up shops, and they roll back into the base to travel to the next event. Printed in-house in Highland, Indiana.

Design tips
Put your logo and main message in the top half, at eye level, where people see it over a crowd or a table. Keep the bottom few inches simple, since they sit near the base. Use large text, plenty of contrast and 300 dpi images, and set up your file at the full bleed size for your stand.

- We check it and print it: a real person checks your file for size, resolution and setup, then we print your banner and install it in the stand.
- You get your order: shipped by UPS Ground anywhere in the U.S., or picked up free at our Highland, Indiana shop, ready to set up.

What is the difference between Standard, Deluxe and Premium?
Standard is an affordable, lightweight stand with a 90-day hardware warranty. Deluxe adds a weighted base, leveling feet, a toolless rail, a padded bag and a limited lifetime hardware warranty. Premium is our most feature-rich stand, with a graphic tensioner, quick-slide graphic attachment and a lifetime hardware warranty.
Does it come assembled?
Yes. We install your printed banner in the stand before it ships. Just pull it up, attach it to the pole and it is ready.
What is the banner printed on?
8 oz. poly film, a smooth, curl-resistant material made for retractable stands, so the banner hangs flat and looks sharp up close.
Is it one-sided or two-sided?
Single sided, with one printed banner per stand. Place it against a wall or the back of your booth.
Do you check our file?
Yes. You approve a free online proof at checkout, then a real person checks your file for size, resolution and print setup before it prints. Please double-check spelling, dates and phone numbers on your proof, since we print the text exactly as you send it.
Can you design our banner?
Yes. Choose "Let us Design for You" when you order and our art department will contact you about your project. Design help starts at $85 and is added to your order. You can also upload your own print-ready file.
How fast can we get them?
Choose 5-business-day, 3-business-day or next-business-day production when you order. Production time does not include shipping, so for an event, add UPS transit time and leave a little cushion. Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is charged at UPS rates, and UPS Ground is free on orders of $49 or more anywhere in the U.S. Need it sooner? 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air upgrades are available. Local pickup at our Highland, Indiana shop is always free.
