What is the minimum order for church volunteer badges?
The minimum is 10 badges, and you can order up to 10,000 online. Ten 3" x 5" badges are $59.50 ($5.95 each), and the price per badge drops as you order more, down to $3.12 each at 100 and $2.47 each at 500. For larger orders, email us for a quote.
Do you make church name tags?
Yes. These badges are church name tags made to last. Print a team name or role on every badge, add each person's name from an Excel or CSV list, or leave a white area so names can be written in. Because they are rigid PVC, one order serves your team for years.
What sizes do the badges come in?
Two sizes: the standard 3" x 5", which works for most teams, and a large 4" x 7" for extra visibility, such as safety teams or parking crews. Both are vertical with a slot at the top.
Can we order badges for our church security team?
Yes. Many churches order a separate design for their safety and security team, with a bold label like "Security" or "Safety Team" and a team color that stands out from greeters and kids ministry. The large 4" x 7" size is easy to read from across the room, and black lanyards are available as an add-on.
Do you sell lanyards for church name badges?
Yes. Every badge has a punched slot at the top that fits standard lanyards, ID clips and retractable reels. You can add solid black lanyards when you order, or email us about custom printed lanyards.
Can we personalize each badge with a name?
Yes. Email your artwork and an Excel or CSV list of names to art@flyoverprint.com. We set up each name and send you a proof of every badge before anything prints.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee when you upload a print-ready file or design it yourself with our free templates and online designer. If you want our team to design it for you, choose "Let us Design for You" and the design fee is added to your order.
Are the badges durable and waterproof?
Yes. They are printed on rigid 30mil PVC plastic, so they won't tear or bend like paper or cardstock. They are waterproof, survive coffee spills and outdoor events, and wipe clean and can be disinfected between services.
Can we write on the badges?
Yes. Leave a white area in your design and write names with a permanent marker, or use a silver marker on a dark area. For a reusable option, many churches put a name label or label-maker sticker on the badge and peel it off when volunteers change.
How fast can we get them?
Choose 5-business-day, 3-business-day or next-business-day production when you order. After production, we ship anywhere in the U.S. by UPS, or you can pick up at our Highland, Indiana shop Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Up against a big event?
