Custom Die Cut Stickers in the Shape of Your Design
Die cut stickers are cut around the outline of your logo or artwork, so the sticker itself becomes the shape. Flyover Print prints them in full color on 3.4 mil white vinyl and seals them with a clear UV laminate in matte or gloss, so they hold up indoors and out. We create the cut line for you, with setup included. They are perfect for brand stickers, swag bags, laptops and water bottles, product packaging and event giveaways. The size is the widest point of your design. A 3" x 3" die cut sticker fits inside a 3" square, following the shape of your artwork.
Die-cut vs. kiss-cut stickers
Both are cut along the shape of your design. The difference is how deep the cut goes.
- Die-cut stickers: the cut goes through the sticker and the backing paper, so each sticker is a separate piece with no extra backing around it. Choose die-cut when you want the sticker shape itself to be the design.
- Kiss-cut stickers: the cut goes through the sticker only. The backing stays whole, with extra backing around the design, which makes them easier to peel and handle. The backing can even carry extra info, like a logo or instructions.

What is a die cut sticker?
A sticker cut through the vinyl and the backing along the outline of your design, so each one is a separate piece in the shape of your logo or artwork.
Do we need to make the cut line?
No. We create the cut line around the path of your uploaded artwork, and setup is included. If you want a plain circle, square or rectangle, our shape stickers are a simpler choice.
What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut?
It is how deep the cut goes. Die-cut stickers are cut through both the sticker and the backing, while kiss-cut stickers are cut through the sticker only, so the backing stays around it.
Matte or gloss: which should we choose?
Gloss makes colors pop and gives a shiny, eye-catching look. Matte cuts glare and makes text easier to read, for a more understated, professional feel. Both use the same protective laminate.
Are your stickers waterproof?
Yes. They are printed on vinyl and covered with a clear UV laminate, so they hold up to water, sun and handling indoors or outdoors. They are not made for the dishwasher.
Can we order a custom size?
Yes. Choose Custom Size on the order form and enter the width and height in inches.
What is the minimum order?
The minimum is 50 stickers. The price per sticker goes down as the quantity goes up, so larger runs are a better value.
What file should we send?
A high-resolution PDF, PNG or vector file (AI, EPS or SVG) works best. Keep important text and logos a little inside the edge. For die cut stickers, a transparent background or a clear outline around your design helps us make a clean cut line. Our Artwork Guidelines walk through file setup and Canva.
Do you check our file?
Yes. You approve a free online proof at checkout, then a real person checks your file for size, resolution and print setup before it prints. Please double-check spelling, dates and phone numbers on your proof, since we print the text exactly as you send it.
Can you design our stickers?
Yes. Choose "Let us Design for You" when you order and our art department will contact you about your project. Design help starts at $45 and is added to your order. You can also upload your own print-ready file.
How fast can we get them?
Choose 5-business-day, 3-business-day or next-business-day production when you order. Production time does not include shipping, so for an event, add UPS transit time and leave a little cushion. Do you charge for shipping?
