What is the difference between catalog and booklet envelopes?

A catalog envelope opens on the short 9" side, and a booklet envelope opens on the long 12" side. Booklet style is easier for inserting folders and kits; catalog style is the classic large-envelope look.

What paper are your 9x12 envelopes printed on?

Sturdy 28# stock, heavier than a standard letter envelope, so documents arrive in good shape.

Is the flap gummed or peel-and-seal?

Gummed. Moisten the flap and press to seal.

What is the minimum order?

The minimum is 250 envelopes, and you can order up to 25,000. The price per envelope goes down as the quantity goes up.

Can envelopes be printed edge to edge?

No. Envelopes are printed without bleed, so keep all text and logos inside the safe margin shown on the template. Full color artwork, logos and return addresses all print sharp within that area.

Can you design our envelopes?

Yes. Upload your own print-ready file, start from a free template, or choose "Let us Design for You" and our team will design it with your logo and return address. If you want design help, the fee is added to your order.

How fast can we get them?

Choose 5-business-day, 3-business-day or next-business-day production when you order. Production time does not include shipping, so if you are ordering for an event, add UPS transit time and leave a little cushion. You can also pick up at our Highland, Indiana shop Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Up against a deadline? Email info@flyoverprint.com and we will tell you what we can do.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is charged at UPS rates, and UPS Ground is free on orders of $49 or more anywhere in the U.S. Need it sooner? 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air upgrades are available. Local pickup at our Highland, Indiana shop is always free.
