Custom Folded Business Cards With Twice the Room
A folded business card gives you four panels instead of two, in the same 3.5" x 2" size that fits any wallet. Flyover Print prints them in full color at 3.5" x 4" flat on thick cardstock, scores each card on the fold line, and ships them flat so the fold stays crisp. Use the outside for your logo and contact details and the inside for a service list, a map, service times or a welcome note. Order from 50 to 10,000, printed in-house in Highland, Indiana.

The uncoated stocks take pen and pencil cleanly, so choose one of those if you plan to write on your cards. Gloss makes colors and photos pop but is hard to write on. See our Paper Stock Guide for more on each one.

- You get your cards: shipped flat by UPS Ground anywhere in the U.S., or picked up free at our Highland, Indiana shop.

Frequently asked questions
What size are folded business cards?
They are 3.5" x 4" flat and fold in half to the standard 3.5" x 2" business card size, so they fit in any wallet or card holder. Set up each side of your file at 3.75" x 4.25" to include bleed.
Do they come folded?
They come flat. Every card is scored on the fold line, so it folds cleanly by hand in a second. Shipping them flat also keeps the fold crisp until you are ready to hand them out.
Where is the fold?
The fold runs across the middle, 2" from the top, parallel to the 3.5" side. When folded, the card opens like a tent or a little booklet.
Should we print the inside too?
Most people do. The outside works like a regular business card, and the inside gives you two more panels for a service list, a map, a schedule or a welcome note. You can also print the outside only and leave the inside blank to write on (choose an uncoated stock if you will write on it).
Which card stock should we choose?
14 pt uncoated is thick, natural and easy to write on. 14 pt gloss is smooth and shiny, with bright color for photos and bold designs, but it is hard to write on. 16 pt uncoated is our heaviest uncoated card and feels extra sturdy when folded.
What is the minimum order?
You can order as few as 50 cards and up to 10,000. The price per card goes down as the quantity goes up.
How should we set up our file?
Send an outside file and an inside file, each 3.75" x 4.25" with 1/8" of bleed on every side. Keep text at least 1/8" inside the trim and away from the fold line in the middle, and use 350 dpi images. Not sure how the panels line up? Do you check our file?
Yes. You approve a free online proof at checkout, then a real person checks your file for size, resolution and print setup before it prints. Please double-check spelling, dates and phone numbers on your proof, since we print the text exactly as you send it.
Can you design our folded cards?
Yes. Choose "Let us Design for You" when you order and our art department will contact you about your project. Design help starts at $45 and is added to your order.
How fast can we get them?
Choose 5-business-day, 3-business-day or next-business-day production when you order. Production time does not include shipping. You can also pick up at our Highland, Indiana shop Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM. Up against a deadline? Email info@flyoverprint.com and we will tell you what we can do.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is charged at UPS rates, and UPS Ground ships anywhere in the U.S. and is free on orders of $49 or more. Need it sooner? 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air upgrades are available. Local pickup at our Highland, Indiana shop is always free.
